My friend sent me this link to make an Arnica Salve. She got it from the Health Impact News site. It’s called Pain Relieving Coconut Oil Arnica Salve Recipe.
I used the crockpot method to create the salve. It was fairly easy to make. I did double the recipe.
I didn’t have any Peppermint so I used Tea Tree Oil instead. Here they are cooling:
I have had a shoulder injury for the last several months and I’m seeing a physical therapist for it. So, when my shoulder hurts after I do the exercises, I actually rub some of this on it and it does lessen the pain.
I want to make other salves, but this is great for now!
